About

I am a native of the beautiful Northwest , having grown up in both Oregon and Washington.
My family spent winter weekends skiing on Mt. Hood, and Summer vacations at the Oregon Coast,
as well as countless camping and hiking trips, usually with swimming involved. I am fortunate to
have been raised by a family of Educators, and was given the opportunity to explore other countries and
cultures growing up.
 
I completed my Highschool Education at U.S. Grant Highschool in N.E. Portland, and moved on to
Portland State University studying business Administration. I have two beautiful Daughters, a 4 yr.
old granddaughter and an energetic Pomeranian Puppy.
 
I have been working in the Mortgage Lending Industry helping borrowers achieve their financing goals
of Homeownership as well as assisting them with restructuring their finances for over 20 years.
I have been on both sides of the coin, managing Operations, Underwriting and Processing, and later moving into Loan Origination. I started one of the first Mortgage Brokers in Oregon. This experience
Provides me the ability to find creative solutions and have flexibility to meet daily challenges.
 
 I believe in building relationships, listening to my clients needs, and providing education so that they can feel confident in these important decisions. I am experienced with teaching HUD approved
Mortgage lending classes for First time Buyers, working with grant programs as well as CE approved to educate Real Estate agent. I have also provided education and financing for clients of the minority initiatives such as African American Alliance, and PCRI, .
 
Buying and Selling a home is one of the most important decisions a person makes in their lifetime.
I am there every step of the way , continuing my service throughout the process and after closing.
One of the ways I do this is by being available when my clients and referral partners need me.
Its about communication, not just selling a product.
 
I currently hold my NMLS licenses Oregon, Washington, and Arizona. NMLS #475089
I also hold my Oregon notary license, as well as National Notary Association Certified signing agent
Certification.
