Timothy's career in the mortgage industry began in the private money sector, where he swiftly gained a reputation for delivering fast and reliable financing solutions to a diverse clientele. He then made the transition to standard conventional financing helping his clients with 1st time homeownership and helping many into their 2nd and 3rd home purchases, while maintaining his roots in the investment sector. Not only, did this transition enhance his ability to structure deals for all clients now, but also dovetailed to what he already was very good at--structuring deals, assessing property values, analyzing budgets for projects, and looking at a file for all its strengths – the client behind the file. A true collaboration and partnership for life with his clients.

Timothy Miller was born and raised in the beautiful city of San Diego, Timothy's journey led him to the Central Coast, where he pursued his education at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. There, he graduated with a major in Business, a concentration in Real Estate, and a minor in Economics, setting the stage for a successful career in the mortgage industry.

With a genuine love for the ocean, Timothy's main passion is surfing, and he enjoys spending quality time with his family. In fact, he has a brother living in Indonesia, which has become an annual destination for Timothy to visit and reconnect with family while also surfing.
