With over 30 years of combined experience in real estate, construction, and project management, Richard Farless brings a deep, boots-on-the-ground understanding of the home buying process to his role as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Empire Mortgage. Before moving into mortgage lending, Richard served in the U.S. Navy as a radar and computer tech, then worked as a commercial electrician on major infrastructure projects across California. That career taught him two things: how to troubleshoot under pressure—and how to deliver results you can count on. Now, he’s using that same mindset to help clients get into homes they love with financing that fits their lives.
