Nik Kosach has been a mortgage professional for over a decade and has had the privilege of helping hundreds of families achieve the American Dream of Home Ownership! Since 2010, Nik has been one of the region’s top “Go-to” Lenders for anyone from first time homebuyers to multi-level investors who need creative financing to get a deal done! Prior to his career in the Mortgage and Real Estate Industry, Nik was a professional salesman in the Health Care Sector, and an International Professional Athlete after his Division-1 Baseball career as a player and coach. Nik is an avid outdoorsman and spends his free time coaching his children’s sports teams, ski mountaineering, ski coaching, and mountain biking. Nik has a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from the University of Portland (2006), and a Master of Art in Kinesiology and Sport Management from St. Mary’s College of California (2009).
