If you were to walk away with one impression of Monique Miller, it would be that she is an avid listener. By taking her role as a true “consultant” in the mortgage industry, Monique’s focus is on what she can do to help make someone else’s life a little better.

After nearly three decades in the industry, she has weathered and even blossomed during the many ups and downs of the different markets while others have ducked into and out of the lending industry. “You have to be able to roll with the punches of constantly-changing loan programs and the litany of guidelines associated with them, but also understand changing borrower demographics as well”.

Although lending is in her blood, her personal time is spent with her horse Stella. She enjoys the challenge, the bonding of horse and rider along with the comradery of the Equestrian world. She first started her love for horses at age 10 when she joined the local 4-H club. She has been competing ever since at Hunter/Jumper shows and her most recent Equestrian adventure has been in the 3-day Eventing world.

Monique also has a soft spot for First Time Homebuyers by being a guide and mentor through the maze of getting their first mortgage.

Monique has been a resident of Placer and Sacramento County for over 40 years and is married and a proud mom to a spunky, fun-loving son named Ian. They have 2 rescue dogs named Bella & Chico and enjoy camping as a family.

As a veteran of 30 years in the mortgage industry, Monique prides herself not only in simplifying complex lending issues for first-time homebuyers but also in handling financing for the most sophisticated of real estate investors.

Because the purchase of a home is oftentimes among the largest investment most consumers will make in their lifetimes, Monique treats each of her clients as they were her only ones – with rapt attention to detail and care that reflects her commitment to excellence.
