Kim Volpe is a professional Loan Originator. She provides Real Estate lending services across California. Her background for the past 25 years in Financial Services has provided her with the ability to work for her clients to offer a smooth lending process while they focus on what is most important to them, the purchase of their property.

Kim is fueled by her passion to Serve. There is nothing better to Kim to hear or show up to the Properties with her Agents to give their client’s the keys to their new home.  In addition, Kim’s passion to serve goes well above the initial transaction. She is your Lender for Life, and is always available for her clients as she continues to be of support as an Advisor whenever her clients need her; weather its to answer questions about documents they receive in the mail, helping them to reduce their monthly payments for new goals life may bring, or assisting with Investment properties.

You will always find Kim smiling and jumping through hurdles to ensure her Client’s needs are met. When Kim is not working, she is enjoying down time with her Family and Friends, Gardening, Organizing events and traveling.
