Love for community and a strong desire to help families build a foundation for generational wealth through successful homeownership have always marked Julia Sanchez’s heart-centered career in real estate financing. Her passionate belief is that enabling prospective homebuyers to “plant good seed” by moving their families into safer neighborhoods leads to brighter futures for every member of the household–and stronger, more engaged communities overall. Julia specializes in structuring loans to fit the specific needs of each individual buyer, whether they are from lower income households or high wealth backgrounds.
 
Julia’s deep knowledge of the industry she loves comes from firsthand experience in every aspect of the loan process. Her robust understanding of the ins and outs of the business of real estate financing has served her well in enabling her to train other loan officers and realtors in how to determine which mortgage loan options are available to potential buyers, which make the most sense and accommodate the client’s unique credit situation, and how best to move forward in qualifying the buyer for approval.
 
Always in education mode–and very much aware that these families are making one of the most important, most emotional decisions of their lives–Julia also shares her expertise through first-time homebuyer seminars, educating prospective buyers on the mortgage cycle, types and terms, the application process, home equity, and other pertinent information that will empower them to become well-informed as they navigate the course.
 
After thirty years in the industry, Julia’s career has come full-circle as she returns to her loan-processing roots in Merced County, California, where she is excited about instilling the pride of home ownership in the diverse community that includes farmers, a large Mexican population, and the newest UC University Campus. Julia is able to lend throughout California, while also maintaining a network of great Loan Officers around the country.
