Jocko Feehan is a seasoned loan officer with nearly 40 years of experience in real estate, mortgage lending, compliance, and business development.
Jocko began a career in real estate in the late 1980s with a large homebuilder as a sales agent. During a recession, Jocko transitioned to mortgage lending, specializing in refinances. As the fifth employee of a growing mortgage brokerage, Jocko closed more than 700 loans in five years and became the Sales and Marketing Manager (and eventually a managing partner), helping expand the company from California into 42 states and grow to more than 100 employees.
In 2008, Jocko joined AllRegs, a respected publisher of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA underwriting guides. Over the next several years, Jocko developed deep expertise in mortgage regulations and compliance while working with more than 900 mortgage companies and banks nationwide.
Today, Jocko focuses on helping families build wealth through homeownership, as well as assisting real estate investors with condominium and DSCR loans. After raising a family in San Diego, Jocko now enjoys life in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, with a spouse of nearly 40 years, two adult children, one grandchild, and several beloved dogs.
