Hello, I'm Gene Krawchuk, although most people know me as "Geno". With 28 years of experience as a full-service lender, I am thrilled to join the esteemed Empire Home Loans team. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to serving customers in the retail lending sector, working with both Depository (Wells Fargo) and Non-Depository lenders (Academy Mortgage). In roles such as Loan Originator and Producing Manager (Branch and Regional), I have consistently delivered success-driven results.

My transition to the Broker sector fills me with excitement as it broadens the range of options I can offer my clients. I possess extensive knowledge of various programs, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and specialized products like Renovation and Construction. What sets me apart is my commitment to providing thorough and transparent communication. I strive to ensure a smooth and professional process, all while maintaining a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere.

My dedication to excellent customer service has earned me consistent recognition and accolades. Seattle Magazine has featured me as a Five Star Professional, and I have proudly served as President of the Puget Sound Mortgage Lenders Association (PSMLA) on two occasions. Furthermore, I hold the esteemed position of Lifetime Director within the association.

Outside of my professional life, I am fortunate to share my life with my wonderful partner, Marty. We reside in the waterfront community of Browns Point, WA, surrounded by the beauty of Commencement Bay. In my spare time, I indulge in activities such as boating, hiking, traveling, cooking, and appreciating fine wine. Gathering with loved ones is also a source of joy for me. As an avid Seattle Seahawks fan and a season ticket holder for 17 years, I am passionate about supporting my team.
