Dana Krause is committed to delivering a seamless lending experience every time. He brings experience of over 15 years as a residential lender. With a solid background as a realtor, commercial lender, property evaluator and homebuilder, he has become an invaluable resource for his clients. He understands his clients’ lending needs and can proactively guide them as well as their real estate agents through some of the complexities of the loan transaction.
 
Hard work, loyalty, and determination have proven successful in helping Dana build and maintain strong relationships. Dana started from the ground up by working on the building side of the real estate industry. His experience spans from selling new & resale homes, financing homes, managing sales personnel, working with the Building Industry Association (BIA) Sales and Marketing Council.
 
Dana graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a degree in Business management (concentration in finance) and graduated Cum Laude. Dana also brings his professionalism from his near-decade career in the US Navy. This allows his work to be precise, accurate and allowing him to pay close attention to detail.
