Eric O’Connor began his mortgage career in the late 1990s. He has been credited with helping thousands of people obtaining homeownership and lowering their mortgage payments by refinancing over his tenure of nearly 25 years in the mortgage industry.

Being a veteran, Eric has a sharp focus on helping first-time home buyers, move-up buyers, and folks looking to refinance their existing home loan to navigate through the various and sometimes confusing loan programs to find the one program and price that best suits the customer’s needs. Eric is complimented often on his skills for setting his homebuyers and homeowners up to win and to educate them with using their home as a wealth builder.

Eric’s passions and beliefs are to build long-term relationships and to navigate with complete transparency throughout every transaction. This is something his Southern California roots ingrained in him in his early childhood. Eric attended West Point and transferred to the University of San Diego where he graduated with a degree in finance and procurement while playing football and rugby for the Toreros. His studies laid the foundation for his professional career where he finds much of his success today.

Eric’s passion for personal relationships and building thriving communities through homeownership is evident by his success in the mortgage industry at large. His other passions include cars and travel. One of Eric’s favorite things to do is to attend SEMA in Las Vegas, where he can get his fill of cars cars and more cars.
