Sara Dudek

Although it was already something of a “family business”, buying her first home in 2013 was what finally encouraged Sara to pursue a career in mortgage lending. The process of buying a home was complex and layered; almost like putting together a puzzle, and Sara found it to be extremely rewarding. She started out doing administrative work for a local mortgage company in 2014 and, not long after, began to focus heavily on recruiting for her branch and the entire Pacific Northwest region.

In 2015 she formed a team with her mother, Timi. Sara has a special talent for communication, event planning, and marketing, and she used these skills to assist Timi in building a successful branch in Renton, WA. After spending some time as a production assistant and a processor, Sara became licensed in 2019 and is now a Jr Loan Officer on Timi’s team. Though she’ll continue to assist Timi, one of Sara’s key goals for 2022 is to begin building her own business and cultivating her own client base. She loves helping others learn the ways in which homeownership can help build wealth and financial freedom; and has a particular soft spot for guiding first-time homebuyers.

When she has free time, Sara enjoys baking, particularly making beautiful cakes for family and friends. She also loves traveling; her favorite destinations so far are Scotland and Ireland. In 2021, Sara became engaged to her fiancé, Nick, and they have plans to get married in October of this year. They own a house together in Renton, where they dote on their cat, Mochi.
