About
Carol comes to us with 16 years of experience as a loan officer. She and her team were instrumental in the building, training and development of a mortgage brokerage from 2007-2018 and a sister real estate company from 2008-2019. A graduate from the School of Hard Knocks in Real Estate/Lending, she is fluent in 8 languages: FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, First Time Home Buyers, Down Payment Assistance, non-traditional financing and investments.
She is married and a proud mom to a daughter known as Gator. Much of her personal time is enjoyed with her daughter’s sports, cooking for the family and spontaneous get together and activities. She has been a certified personal trainer and aerobics instructor since 1998.
She is a former Oakland Raiderette, Miss Sacramento Valley USA, 1st Runner-Up to Miss Asia Universe and has placed 3rd and 6th in the Sacramento Bodybuilding/Fitness Competitions.
She lives by the motto “Hakuna Matata”
