Kimberly Wydra has served Nevada County residents for over 36 years in the art of finding the right home loan to meet her clients’ needs. Kim makes her clients needs her top priority and she does it all with ease and grace. Kim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and a Masters degree in Management and Supervision. Additionally, she has had her California Real Estate Brokers license for over 20 years. Kim keeps current with the latest home loan options and continues her education with trainings, earning additional certifications in Reverse Mortgage programs and Construction lending.
Outside of the office, Kimberly volunteers with Soroptimist International of Grass Valley and is a long-time member of the Finance Council of St. Patrick’s Church. Kimberly’s husband, Ed is a retired Air Force Officer. When not being active in the community, she plays an important role of “Grammie” to her three sweet grandchildren.
